Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at getintouch@theminimalsort.com. A return address will be provided. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as they may not be accepted. Customised, bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty. Due to limited stock availability, we cannot always guarantee exchanges.
Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers): If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without needing to give a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us by email at getintouch@theminimalsort.com.
Return Shipping Costs: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item.
Processing Your Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at getintouch@theminimalsort.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and clear photographs of the item.
