Shipping Policy
We ship all orders directly from Kuwait, offering delivery within the GCC, United Kingdom, and select international locations. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to availability.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on destination, weight, and parcel size.

Kuwait Domestic Delivery: Flat rate or free delivery options may apply.

GCC and International: Rates vary depending on location and courier fees.
For urgent orders, please email getintouch@theminimalsort.com, and we will do our best to arrange expedited delivery.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses, and all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Customs & Import Duties: For all deliveries outside of Kuwait, customs charges, import duties, and local taxes may be applicable. These are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery where required.
Delivery & Parcel Inspection: We take care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Upon delivery:

Inspect the outer packaging before signing.

If damage is visible, please sign as “outer damaged.”

If unsure, sign as “contents unchecked” and check your order immediately.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with supporting photos at getintouch@theminimalsort.com.
Delayed or Missing Parcels: If you have not received your order within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we may follow up with our couriers. Missing parcels must be reported within 21 days of the order date. We cannot guarantee replacements or refunds after this period.
