Terms and Conditions: 1:1 Professional Organisation Consultation by The Minimal Sort Booking: • 30-minute online consultations are currently offered free of charge. • Bookings are confirmed once scheduled via our online system. Cancellation & Rescheduling: • If you can no longer attend your consultation, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. • A maximum of one reschedule is permitted per client. • Missed sessions without notice may limit future booking eligibility. Late Arrival: • Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation. Session Duration: • Each 1:1 consultation is 30 minutes and held virtually via an online meeting link. • Overtime is not available due to scheduling constraints. Post-Consultation Summary: • A brief overview or follow-up may be provided at the organiser’s discretion. • No formal documents or plans are included as part of this complimentary service. Confidentiality: • All information shared during the consultation is kept strictly confidential. Client Responsibility: • The client is responsible for implementing any suggestions discussed during the session. • The Minimal Sort is not liable for outcomes or space maintenance post-consultation. No Guarantee of Results: • As a complimentary advisory session, no outcomes are guaranteed. • Results depend on the client’s personal commitment and follow-through.
